Return Policy

M&C Artworks values your satisfaction.  We allow product replacement or refunds within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase, under the following circumstances:  

 

RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

To be eligible for a replacement, the defect to the item must be reported within 30 days of purchase.  To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for replacement.  Replacements will be mailed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

CAT TOYS

Cat toys cannot be returned.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact our customer service team  for a refund or replacement.  Since cat toys cannot be returned, we ask that you please donate your cat toys to a local shelter.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Customized and specially curated items are not eligible for a return.  We work very closely with you to ensure the item is what you wanted, therefore sales are considered final.  If your order is damaged during shipping, the damage must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item in order to receive a replacement or refund.
